“don't go by the cover image- its just a simple tale of marital jealousy in an otherwise loving marriage. perhaps a treatise on the challenges facing busy female politicians? The storyline is an old one but made somewhat interesting by the political dramas at the local govt level, the paradox of love and jealousy. The storyline falters and weakens in many areas, so the film wavers between a 3 and 4 star show. But in all, a nice simple viewing.”

“unusual tale of sibling obsession. It develops slowly but quite intriguingly. Hard to predict how it will ultimately end.”

“deeply occultic film. constant reiteration of evil, incantations, spells. wish I knew before- would have stayed clear of it”

“incchoate drama of irrational jealousies by an uncomitted male (lets not call him a husband), unfaithful men, treacherous friends and the old old notion of women as being all too ready to shift base. Bombs, guns and stupidty from a moronic script.”

“so disjointed and awkward, I still have no idea what it was about.”

“entertaining. A tale of traditions and the consequence of breaking them. an eloquent statement on justice- delayed but still dispensed . I love the lady's final pronouncement of conditions on forgiveness. Forgiveness should not come cheap especially to offenders who have really shown no genuine remorse. would have been fantastic to have had a final scene showing how the penalty was actually carried out. Haha ha!”

“saturated with witches covens, evil plots of venegeance and battles between witches and cultic groups. just not for me...maybe it works for others.”

“Very well done. Movie about two families who through a series of misunderstandings and mistakes are almost broken apart. Who was that gentleman that played the husband? his acting was very well done indeed. i give this 4 stars only because i disliked the ending...why should a wife have to beg her cheating husband to return? what exactly was her own fault in this film? i'm still at a loss. i think the end would have been better had the cheating, (not to mention totally dependent financially on his wife) husband been the one to go down on his knees.”
