“captivating story and taut acting- but part one is actually just approx 43 minutes- don't blink or it will be over. come on Nollywood- this is not right.”

“good acting, but absolutely moronic message. Is the sister mentally unhinged to blame the mom? It was the sister, her brother and her desperado friend that connived and plotted an illicit relationship & left the mom to clean the mess. Boy, wish I wrote that script- would have had the mom dish out three hefty slaps to all the gang of 3 immorals- daughter, son and the cursing mybaby's mama. The only innocent was the original fiance. Nollywood- time to move from the "just blame the woman" season.”

“surprisingly thoughtful film: Unlike so many stupid lala pseudo romances, the writer actually tries to tackle a critical issue: Film captures the emotional journey of a young woman and family in the loong aftermath of an apparently forgotten experience of adolescent rape. There are flaws, but this film actually caught and held my attention, despite its inane title. I think it is really worth the watch. Not a predictable storyline. Give it a try.”

“eloquent portrayal of the dignity of purpose of many immigrants compelled to stay in a foreign land. The Nigeria scenes are rather overdone in terms of the superstitions/response to the childless couple, but things really take off as the couple deal with the crises overseas. Poor tech quality but a meaningful and worthwhile film. Seems Chuks is a filmmaker and actor to watch as he develops.”

“Must disagree. strong set of actors in an old mediocre story of bad rich campus kids. Ramsey is the village genius insanely infatuated with a rich campus gal who despises him (sadly, Ramsey is not a very credible "just came from the village" student). Michael Ez. is the rich bad boy with his campus hoodlums. So what's new? absolutely nothing- cept for Olu jacobs great new looks- surely not a trip to the cosmetic surgeon? & yes- Izogn deserves some praise for improved film selection this week”

“Very impressive: what else can one say? intelligent writing, excellent acting, some taut moments and food for thought with a twist in the end. Kudos to Daniel Ademinokun for this one. A very modern film- showcasing the emotional trauma of infidelity- caused not just by men but by women. Starts slowly but builds up into a powerful emotional drama.”
