Tom and Jerry are two brothers whose Prostitute mother left them for their blind grandfather in the village. They make life much more unbearable for their blind grandfather, they cause alot of havoc and trouble in their community... their grandfather has threatened to dis-own them if they do not change...but they are having fun and the chance of changing for the better seems bleak...
