Part two of this movie picked up a story quite well. Unlike part one which was a bit disjointed and lacking in developing of each scene in a logical manner. Part two carried the story well and there were many lessons that could be learned. The movie also depicted the ineptitude and dishonesty of a "Third World" Police department.
