“this was by far one of the best movies that i have watched. It was very emotional and very sad and to imagine that things like this happen everyday in Nigeria. Where are the female lawyers in Nigeria. It is time for a change of all this babaric burial rites. I have never heard where any such laws are enacted when it is the wife that dies. Evil thrives when good people keep quiet.”

“Not earth shattering but enjoyable. Hard to imagine a mom as irrationally detestable as this. A few thoughts: Does anyone else notice the trend in depicting Igbo moms as extremely materialistic or avaricious, as sexual predators and heartlessly manipulative? I noticed this in numerous films and would love to hear some thoughts on this. Is this a reflection of what directors think is happening in society today?”
