that was a good one.but someone should help me out how did sylvia become rich so fast. that her office did not potray millions. i guess it was acted b4 the millenium.

Makes no meaning at all, plotless, and a big waste of cash. There was no need for a part 2. Unnecessary long scenes (approx 15mins) with Gen. walking around.
