I am shocked! This is the twenty-first century, Nollywood! For a 2008 production, with the amazing film and computer systems technology available, even in developing countries, the presentation and sound quality of this drama series is very poor. However, the plot concept of striving to make money by any means is relevant in a certain way that reflects society.

That said, these multiple parts productions from Nollywood are not movies; but drama series as in television. There's are some, though, that would qualify as movies.

Also, I'll keep saying it that this unprofessional multiple parts habit of greed and non-sense, will destroy the emerging Nigerian film industry if they do not put an end to it.

For example, this drama series: "Karma" runs for about 51 minutes in the first part and for about an hour in the second part - so, if they are interested in really making movies that will be of international standards, why split the production into two uncalled for parts to start with???

I just pray that GOD will give Nollywood writers, producers and actors seven dimensions of wisdom to know that, with the creative talent they have, they can excellently do better; and take these productions into the movies level this twenty-first century. By now, Nollywood should have come some good way from Kenneth Nnebue's NEK Video Link's production of "Living in Bondage" in 1992.

Yet, for now, they are just producing drama series with continuations - just as in television. One of Nollywood's good and notable actors, Kanayo O. Kanayo; honestly puts it this way:

"We’re not making films; what we’re doing is television. Not until we make movies on celluloid [film] can we justifiably say we’re moviemakers."
