Tell us a little about your childhood, growing up, parents, brothers and sisters?
I grew up with my Mother and my younger sister, I also had some uncles around me that never allowed me played, but I still find time to run away to do a backyard drama. I loved writing drama and acting at a younger age. When i was in Secondary School i have been doing too many Script Writing job.
What Made you come into Acting?
Well it was in 2003. was in Bayelsa State then and i was working as an IT Staff with Rivosoft computers, i had a friend called Femi who was and still the Editor/ Correspondent For Sun news Papar in bayelsa state. i accompany him to an Hotel called Intercontinental hotel to interview Eldris Abdukareem. Well something lead to another and i came accross Ada Ameh who was there for a show. and then i decided to get some advice from since i was interested in joining the industry. so in 2004 i decided to Travel to lagos to Pursue the career in Acting. When i arrived lagos early 2004 i met with Sam who is known as playing a role as Abacha in the movies, that was in Singapore Hotel Omole. he then spoke to me with nice words and told me to try to go to surulere and then i have to register with the AGN.
So What happen next?
I decided to go the National Thearter but things became more difficult. Then i decided to take a Uturn. I was actually very picky because all the shooting and Audition i went through. they only decided to give me a role of an Extras which is porpularly called Walker Pass. I decided not to start with such roles and waited. Meanwhile I decided to Enrol in myself in a Professional Acting School. in the Academy of Art and Music. this College was been founded by Adams Williams. things became interesting and there was an Open Door for me to Travel Abroad after my course. I was only lucky to feature in only one movies which was Master of the Game. which the scenes of the movie was used for the Musical for Osuafia saying I go Chop your Dollar. so I left the country for Thailand where i went to Study and also took a Teaching Profession.
So how did you join the Nollywood:
Because acting has really been a part of me.Well after i return from my stay in South Africa. I personally decided that i have to do something in the movie industry. i was so lucky despite some contact with Directors and producers. Within 4month of my Stay in Nigeria i was able to feature in 4 Straight productions. and a Soap Opera Sweet Angels. where i played a character called Madman.
But You havent been seen recently in the Movies why?
Its because Acting was taken as a Full time profession, and i am always picky and choisy of the kind of roles am Given. I prefer taking the Comedy roles and moreover i am not fully base in Nigeria.
I have a Model Jobs here in south Africa and moreover same applies in Europe as well. i am also delight that i have a family that support me in whatever i do. they dont try to make decisions for me.
We realised that you are still Single Why?
Well Marriage is not something you have to rush into, moreover if you may know Chris Bassey is getting married before the end of 2010. and the Right person already knows herself in Spirit.
If you would name your favourite Nollywood and Hollywood Movies which ones would it be?
Good Questions. Nollywood. i would say Battle of Love,Die Rechied,Festival of fire,Sins of the Father. And Hollywood. I would go too far by saying, Sweet November,3000 Miles to Grace Land, Die Hard, Monsters by Charlize Theron, cellular
Meaning?
A cry of a baby will be heard in 2010 or a Marriage Bell. do i make it reasonable to understand?
Dreams in Life?
I have always had too many things i wanted to become. firstly been a Wrestler, Politician and also an Entertainer, and also a Footballer. Well there isnt no one you can be all in One in all this profession. but lets see if i would a Record Breaker.
