Mar 17, 2007 - Recently there has been an upturn in the amount of credit card fraud on our website. This is extremely frustrating for us, because we are trying to provide a great service to customers across the world. When a customer uses a stolen credit card, not only do we lose money, but our reputation with our vendors gets hurt.

With this in mind, we want to let everybody know that we prosecute ALL fraud attempts to the fullest extent of the law, including filing police reports with your local county. This past year, our efforts have led to the arrest of 3 individuals. Even if the transaction is only for $1.99...we will do everything in our power to report the activity.

Unfortuntely, this rise in fraud will force us to implement new procedures with purchases of our prepaid cards. After your order processes through Google Checkout, our team will manually process your order through our fraud detection system. Your PIN will be disabled until we verify your order. There may be up to a 24 hour delay for your PIN to be activated.

To ensure fast processing of your order, please ensure the contact information on your Izogn Movies account matches the billing information you use in your order. We may require a telephone number to verify purchases over $100.
