The Prince found himself in a situation where he will have to choose his wife during an organized feast. In a village of so many beautiful girls, who will he choose? What about the parents influence on their daughters? Who wouldn't want their daughter to marry the great Prince? A very well acted and directed movie, a must see!

The end killed the movie for me. I felt for Amaka throughout the movie and wanted things to work out but haba Nollywood you all could not come up with a better ending. It was total rubbish especially with the king and queen giving their blessing just like that. How far with them not even making her take a bath and look cleaner. Alright I'll stop ranting after all it was done in 2004. Still people think about the way you end a movie because it can really make or break a movie.

Interesting. Except that Genevieve and Ramsey have been in much movies with this or that love theme or Nnaji herself and another person; that it's becomes boring. Or perhaps producers need to choose different actors to refresh one's view...
They need to explore other storylines other than: love this, love that: "Super Love", "My Only Love", Power of Love", "Honey" "Break Up", "Unbreakable", etc. The concept of love is wonderful; but with the two same actors playing it out most times, it bcomes boring.
Well, all that said, I won't stop you from watching this movie. It won't be a waste of your time...

A Cinderella Story in Africa! that's a very good movie, one of the best. Great actors. Really enjoyed it!

sure enough,what a wonderful toughing movie.exellent performence by genevieve and Ramsey.It worth the time and money. i wish they coul make part 2.i would love to see the wedding and the resullt.I t makes me believe than there is true love out there.glory to god as the say. i believe

beautiful african cinderella story worth watching.anything that has geneveve is worth watching she is beautiful and is full of talent she can act as anything poor or rich and then ramsey as good as he is is added cherry on a beautiful cake.u ve to watch this
