This part of the film was truly nothing special and could have been compacted so that a fourth part to the movie would have been unnecessary. Lots of flashbacks, some of things seen in previous parts, others involving the memories of loved ones who went missing and were probably killed. This part was really just about the police tracking down those who ran the death camps. Some of the antics of the police were a bit overdone and at times unbearable. I mean how can you approach your target with sirens blaring, pretty much announcing your arrival, and not expect that the criminals might escape, too much commando type nonsense. Anyway, I still think the film is an interesting one, needs work and two parts would have been enough. Nevertheless, I will always remember that sad song about the people who leave home never to return. "Sister leave house, go see um friend...since that day, we never see um again.... some people say they see um as she dey enter bus O, One Chance people ...." Very melancholy. Part 3 was my favorite.
