A somewhat clumsy movie in terms of dialogue and acting. Awkward display of dramatic skills abound. This one [both parts 1 and 2 generally] does not really have that authentic, creative spark in acting, production and presentation to take it to the next level.

Yet, quite a good and relevant story. But a not so convincing setting and manner of acting by characters - especially the Governor's wife plus the Governor's mistress and her boyfriend, etc. Also the Governor [Kenneth Okonkwo], in this movie, seemed too sleepy and mechanical in some ways.

For me, this is not a convincing performance by the cast. The production also has much noise in the background. This noise can be annoying sometimes. This is a good concept in plot. But the production and acting did not do the relevant theme much good.

Also, in conclusion, the story kind of hangs in the air - probably leaving room for a 3rd part as they unprofessionally continue to have for these Nigerian movies? Maybe we should stop calling them movies and start calling these Nigerian pictures Series.
