A TRUE LIFE ACCOUNT OF YOUNG AFRICANS WHO DECEIDED TO LEAVE THEIR COUNTRY TO EUROPE THROUGH A TORTUOSE ROAD THAT BEGINS FROM LAGOS TO THE DESERTS OF ALGERIA. A JOURNEY FILLED WITH SAD TALES OF WOES FROM THE TRAVELLERS WHO WERE MOSTLY GUILLIBLE AND UNAWARE OF THE DANGER AND PERIL THAT AWAITS THEM ALONG THIS DEADLY ROUTE.

NOT a bad movie at all, the quest for life in foreign countries is not always the way to go. Some humans beings are not worthy to be call humans.

There is something deep and touching about humankind's quest for survival and for a better life. Indeed, this is an apt depiction of that. For me this is a touching movie because one can relate to some aspects of it; including lessons from it. It is also sad and heart-breaking to know the problems and hardships faced by our brothers and sisters in Nigeria, not for the lack of resources to better their lives; but because of our selfish leaders, who, over the years have failed to use our abundant resources for the development of Nigeria.
This is a movie worth watching for everyone who is humane enough to be called a human being. I commend the efforts of the director, writer and all actors. GOD bless you all abundantly!

Poignant and powerfully enacted. Quite different from the usual air route checking out migration struggles—this is a gritty raw and thoughtful engagement with the myth of Europe and the dashed illusions of intending illegal migrants. Betrayal, murder, rival guide wars etc. Impressive attempt actually. There are some editorial flaws but the language, characters, their relations and the journey itself- demonstrating a knowledge of the route- is well conceived and acted.

Nothing to it. A poor attempt to mimic the hazardous entrapments of would-be immigrants to Europe.

Dear cibaka:
please, there is everything to this movie. If you think it's a poor attempt, then, we'll be glad to have you make an excellent movie on this subject.
This is not a movie to be dissmissed lightly. Please, next time, at least, commend the producers and actors of this kind of highly relevant movie concerning the Nigerian situation. We need to encourage those who do try to capture the truth of our lives on the silver screen for public awareness. Thank you ...

GOOD STORY.....A lot of lives have been lost and continue to be lost daily BECAUSE OF BAD AND UNCARING LEADERSHIP in Nigeria and Africa in general that causes the exodus of the citizenry to western shores in search of a better life. Then as exemplified in this movie by "OSAGIE" they begin to prey on each other. BROTHER AGAINST BROTHER, SISTER AGAINST SISTER.
All these are part of the chain-reaction from the Bad leadership/mis-management that brings a country to its economic knees.
