In the end, this interestingly revealing drama leaves one with chills in the spine; and a lot to think about - in terms of being content with our blessings in life. One must not measure one's life with the way others are living theirs - or with the material things others have. It is ever true that all that glitters is not gold.
Look at the selflessly beautiful, loving and caring wife plus cute, innocent baby Zed wasted their lives; and his too - all in the quest for wealth
If only Zed had listened to his wife: Victoria, he would not have gotten into the fatal misery he got Victoria, their baby and himself into. Afterall, Victoria was content and happy with the way their lives were. So, it was not as if Zed was under pressure from his wife to get super rich. The pressure came on Zed after attending the billionaires' party at the invitation of Don his old university friend. That's why it's so crucial to be careful about the company one keeps.
What a moving, powerful and thought-provoking second episode of this drama. Giving in to the devil and his messengers in the quest to be wealthy is always deadly because the devil never gives you anything without asking for all sorts of inhumane sacrifice in return: Zed found out the hard, broad way that leads to death.
With the way, this second part was concluded, this is surely the end of this drama. They did tie up the relevant loose ends.
It is left for one to ponder on this soul shaking drama in relation to contentment with GOD's will for one's life. One's really got a lot to learn from this commendable drama.
One really has to trust GOD in the first instance - in order to be able to have that JESUS' contentment and peace that passes all human understanding - with the HOLY SPIRIT as one's Comforter - for what shall it profit someone to have the whole world and loose his soul to the devil ? - when there's a better, narrow path with an easy yoke and light burden - that leads to eternal life ...
